Our method is based on the wishes of the customer. Together with the customer MBR establishes a plan. MBR will proceed as follows:

• An informal meeting will take place.
• Wishes of the customer will be discussed and MBR will give an appropriate advice.
• If desired MBR will give a company presentation.
• The next step will be for MBR to make a realistic plan of action.
• A first draft will be prepared bij MBR.
• If desired MBR will take ccare of the communication towards the residents.
• MBR will plan, supervise and carry out the project as agreed.
• After the project is completed, acceptance of the project will take place.
• Finally: the evaluation of the project.
