Description
In the district "De Eng" in Soest 240 appartments got major maintenance.
At the renovationproject Pijlkruis en Rijstgras MBR replaced the balcony, gallery, privacy screens and stair fences. For the gallery the customer chose slat fences. This type of fence has a blind attachement, seamlessly connected to the baluster.
Another special aspect of the project is the installation of the handrailing between the new columns. The glass fences of the balcony fences are remarkable. As one resident prefers more privacy and other would like a panoramic view, LEKSTEDEwonen had given the residents a option to choose whether they would like to have clear glass or frosted glass in their fence.
